Legislators asked for a special session and it was turned down, despite complete unity and support of the Democratic caucus in both the state House and state Senate. We can and must do better to ensure that our public schools have the adequate resources to provide students with a high-quality education. It's time that #WeThePeople let Tallahassee know who's in charge.
