Hillary Clinton will tour and deliver brief remarks at the Borinquen Medical Center located in Midtown Miami. The center is within and serves the current area identified by the CDC where the Zika virus is being spread by mosquitos. There are six Borinquen Medical Centers in Miami-Dade County, and they began in 1972 as a grassroots effort in the Puerto Rican community with a small grant from the Public Health Service to establish a health clinic. Over the years, they have grown to become a Comprehensive Primary Health Care, Dental and Behavioral Health Center serving Miami-Dade County.
